For more efficient heating on such a surface, the dishes should be made of enameling steel or cast iron, while the dishes made of glass or ceramics will not heat up at all.

The ventilation goffer is attached to the hood in case of flowing method, which goes out respectively to the shaft, and the exhaust air is replaced by the clean air. The efficiency of the work in this mode is very high.

The efficiency of the work depends not only on the power of the hood itself, but also on its correct connection and arrangement, and the correct dimensions and diameters of the connected goffer and shaft based on the technical configurations of the device. Comfortable distance of the hood above the cooking surface is not lower than 60-65 cm.
